Scope of Works

Our team provided a full groundwork solution including:

· Private drainage installation throughout the development

· Foundations up to damp-proof course (DPC) for all 56 units

· Paving and flagging of driveways, footpaths, and communal areas

· Retaining walls for structural and aesthetic purposes

· Backfilling and topsoiling to finish all external landscaping areas

This project demanded consistent quality and coordination over a prolonged build timeline, requiring flexibility and efficiency from start to finish.
