Scope of Works

Our full groundwork solution included:

· Installation of private drainage systems across the entire site

· Foundations laid to damp-proof course (DPC) for all 95 homes

· Paving and flagging for driveways, footpaths, and shared spaces

· Construction of retaining walls for both structural integrity and aesthetics

· Backfilling and topsoiling for external landscaping and garden areas

Consistent quality and scheduling were critical across the project’s extended timeline, demanding seamless coordination and execution.
